The wine was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The vintage is manual. Fermentation and long soaking on peels, to deepen the flavors. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for fourteen months. Unfiltered to preserve aromas. Recommended for drinking alongside casserole dishes and meat dishes
